About the certificate of the PSC
A certificate of person with significant control is a document used to confirm the identity of the person with significant control of a business entity. A certificate of beneficial ownership is often used to prove that a particular individual is authorised to enact legally binding transactions on behalf of an entity. Certificates of person with significant control are issued by the business formation agent. The person with significant control can produce the certificate as the evidence of his/her position within the firm to any interested party in any administrative or legal proceedings or official injury. Your certificate will be printed in an elegant format, sealed and laminated. If you need to apply for such certificate, please pay for the delivery.

Authorised share capital
A share capital of a company can be as minimum as one (1) share and as maximum as it’s required for the business of the company. Over the years we have noticed that many customers set their capital to 1000 shares of £1.00 each, with all 1000 shares issued to the subscribing shareholder at the time of incorporation. So if you apply for a company registration with a standard share capital, your company will be registered with a capital of £1000.00 divided into 1000 shares of £1.00 per share, fully paid.

*About the WebFiling key
To file your company accounts online using WebFiling, you will need a company key and to be registered with the Companies House system with your own email address. Once registered, you can file unaudited abbreviated and dormant company accounts, as well as make changes to your registered office address, directors, and secretaries' details.
WebFiling provides free document templates with built-in checks to ensure you have included all necessary information and that your balance sheet is accurate. It is important to file your company's annual return within 28 days of the made-up date, or face criminal charges and penalties of up to £5,000.
Upon formation of your company, a hardbound copy of corporate documents, including the certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, minutes of the first meeting of directors, share certificates, and your company register, will be posted to you with your company's online filing key. It is important to note that the online filing key cannot be sent via email due to security reasons.

**About the protected online filing scheme
Using the protected online filing (proof) scheme improves the security of your company by limiting the possibility of someone fraudulently altering your company's official director, secretary, or registered office address details, and the subsequent use of the company to acquire goods and services, or credit.

Using the proof service not only adds another layer of security against identity fraud, it is also a less expensive way of filing documents with Companies House with savings of up to fifty per cent.
